We stand behind the quality of our financial analysis software and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Refunds are available within 30 days of your initial purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Important: All refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. After this period, refunds cannot be processed due to our licensing agreements with third-party data providers.

Eligible Scenarios
- Technical issues preventing software use
- Compatibility problems with your system
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Unauthorized charges to your account
- Software doesn't match advertised features
Non-Eligible Scenarios
- Change of mind after 30 days
- Extensive software usage (over 50 hours)
- Downloaded proprietary reports or data
- Violation of our terms of service
- Requested refund on previous purchases
Payment Method Processing
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider:
Credit Cards
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your statement.
PayPal & Digital Wallets
PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay refunds usually process within 3-5 business days and appear immediately in your digital wallet balance.
Bank Transfers
Direct bank transfer refunds can take 7-14 business days depending on your financial institution and international transfer requirements.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds for annual subscriptions or multi-user licenses. This typically applies when:
- You've used the software for a portion of your subscription period
- Some features worked as expected while others didn't
- You're downgrading from a higher-tier plan within the refund window
- Technical issues affected only specific modules of our software suite
Partial refund amounts are calculated based on usage time, features accessed, and the specific circumstances of your request. Our support team will explain the calculation method when processing your request.
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you're facing financial hardship, medical emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances that prevented you from using our software within the standard refund period, please reach out to our support team.
While we can't guarantee refunds outside our standard policy, we review each case individually and may make exceptions based on documented circumstances and account history.
